1960 Double Cab-
- Original Sealing Wax Red -- 67,000 miles--Built Feb 8 1960 Vin# 568785 M392 M181 M207 M544 Besides the rare color for a Double Cab in Sealing Wax Red, The M544 Code, denotes that at the time, VW did not have side gates ready for a Double Cab. So Single Cab gates were cut down at the VW factory to fit the DC. The DC is now 12 volt-- The inside is still all original in SWR. The outside is in primer very close to SWR. No dents and no rust. Also, New shocks--Door and window rubber--Tires--Brakes-- Powder coated bumpers and wheels--New oak slats in the bed And a great driver-"Rudy" is Ready!!
